PLT Warehouse Coordinator
About The Position
The PLT Warehouse Coordinator will: Check outgoing finished and consigned goods, receipts of finished goods from production, verifies description, quantities, and proper labeling, and ensures accurate inventory records. Assigns storage locations to incoming and outgoing finished goods from production and shipments from outside plants. Assures shipments are properly unloaded or loaded, verifies tally of loads, seals and processes customs documentation via instruction from the Warehouse Supervisor. Perform all functions of the freight billing system, i.e. SAP, Bills of Lading, and Export papers. Furnishes input for warehouse locator system and other shippable items. Provides instructions to Virtual Yard Management and carrier road drivers. Perform other duties as designated by Warehouse Supervisor and maintains high standards of safety and good housekeeping in his work area. Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored. NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Warehouse/Traffic experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- No relocation assistance is offered for this position
