About The Position

This entry-level role supports our skilled Plumbers on ground-up commercial new construction projects—assisting with material handling, site preparation, basic installations, and keeping job sites safe and organized. No prior plumbing experience required; we're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn the trade hands-on while contributing to high-quality plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of construction or labor experience preferred (not required—entry-level candidates welcome!).
• Strong willingness to learn commercial plumbing and grow into higher-level roles (e.g., Plumber II/III).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, climb ladders safely, and handle outdoor conditions.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and excellent attendance record.
• Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Basic hand tools required (company provides specialized tools and training).

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plumbers with the layout, assembly, installation, and testing of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and underground utilities on ground-up commercial projects.
• Carry, transport, and stage tools, materials, pipes, and equipment to support efficient workflow.
• Perform general site clean-up, debris removal, and organization to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Help with basic tasks such as digging trenches (under supervision), holding materials, and preparing work areas.
• Document daily activities and time via our Paycor system as directed.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and work closely with the team to ensure zero incidents.
• Actively learn plumbing techniques, codes, and best practices through on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Perform other support duties as needed on fast-paced commercial construction sites.
