Requirements

2+ years of plumbing experience (apprentice-level experience is welcome)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to read blueprints or schematics and use standard plumbing tools
A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or on ladders
Tech-savvy enough to use apps for job tracking
English fluency required ; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Hindi) are a plus

Nice To Haves

C-36 License is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, and drains)
Handle residential and commercial projects, including remodels and new construction
Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and fixture problems
Deliver clear communication and great customer service
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and jobsite
Use ServiceTitan CRM to log work and communicate with the team
Work closely with project leads and senior plumbers
Follow all company safety standards and local plumbing codes
