About The Position

As a Plumber at Beau Rivage, you will play a key role in keeping our resort running smoothly by maintaining, repairing, and installing essential plumbing systems and equipment. While supporting property-wide plumbing operations, your primary focus will be ensuring the proper maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balance of our pools, contributing directly to a safe and enjoyable guest experience. Your expertise helps protect our assets, support daily operations, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

Requirements

• Brings at least 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in a similar setting and/or a related technical degree
• Holds a high school diploma or GED
• Understands plumbing systems, equipment installation, and basic diagnostic methods

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor pool cleanliness, water quality, filtration performance, and chemical balance to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Read and interpret blueprint schematics to install plumbing fixtures and understand system layouts throughout the property
• Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair on all plumbing equipment, systems, and components
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with departmental procedures
• Maintain working knowledge of the property layout, including hotel rooms, back-of-house areas, and utility systems
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hazard prevention in all work areas while properly wearing and using personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding job status, repair needs, and project updates
• Support preventative maintenance efforts and assist with special projects as needed
