Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber License (City of Reading license preferred)
• 2+ years of Plumbing Foreman or supervisory experience
• Strong commercial plumbing project experience
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Proficiency with tablets, laptops, and construction software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise commercial plumbing installations from start to finish
• Lead and coordinate field crews to maintain productivity and quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines
• Communicate job progress, RFIs, and change conditions to Project Manager
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions
• Set and track daily and weekly production goals
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and conduct Toolbox Talks
• Maintain quality control and verify submittal compliance
• Complete daily reports, markups, and required documentation
