What You’ll Do – Install, Maintain, and Restore Plumbing Systems You’ll be a skilled, customer-focused plumbing installer who ensures safe, code-compliant, and durable solutions for residential plumbing needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumbing installer, service plumber, or apprentice; commercial and residential experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping materials, valves, and water heater types.
Familiarity with local plumbing codes, safe work practices, and basic electrical understanding related to plumbing equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide clear explanations and options to customers.
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques (soldering, pipe threading, PVC/CPVC joining).
Organized, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple service calls.
Commitment to AllTech’s CARE values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Install Plumbing Systems — Read plans and specifications to install piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related components for new construction, remodels, and equipment replacements.
Diagnose and Repair — Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and system failures; perform repairs or replacements to restore safe and reliable operation.
Ensure Code Compliance — Follow local plumbing codes, safety standards, and permit requirements; coordinate inspections as needed.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Care — Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers about findings, recommended solutions, and cost estimates while representing AllTech’s CARE values.
Maintain Quality and Cleanliness — Ensure work areas are kept neat, use proper protection inside homes, and complete final checks before leaving the job site.
Document Work Accurately — Complete service tickets, parts tracking, and customer paperwork in our systems with attention to detail.
Promote Preventive Services — Educate customers about maintenance plans and recommended preventive measures in a helpful, non‑pressuring manner.
Collaborate with Team Members — Coordinate with dispatch, service managers, and other technicians to optimize schedules and escalate issues when necessary.
