We proudly serve Columbus and surrounding communities with licensed technicians delivering repairs, maintenance, and installations. Our plumbing division continues to grow, and Fire & Ice is seeking a strong, people‑focused Plumbing Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing team of plumbers and plumbing technicians in the Columbus market. Requirements
- Proven experience leading a plumbing team or plumbing department.
- Demonstrated success developing technicians and growing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Inspirational leadership style with strong coaching and communication skills.
- A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop plumbers and plumbing technicians to support department growth.
- Manage daily plumbing operations with focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize scheduling for maximum productivity.
- Establish daily expectations and energize the team through clear, consistent leadership.
- Implement strong performance standards, accountability systems, and ongoing coaching.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installs, and water heater replacements.
- Maintain alignment with Fire & Ice’s service philosophy and customer‑education culture.
