Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing service, repair, and local codes.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians to drive performance and revenue.
  • Experience managing KPIs (revenue, average ticket, conversion, productivity).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and manage team performance.
  • Experience working with dispatch and operations teams.
  • Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recor.
  • Organized, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth by implementing and executing sales strategies across the Plumbing Department.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to increase sales performance and overall productivity.
  • Train technicians on building customer rapport and presenting solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Establish clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable to achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to improve processes and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  • Monitor technician performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Manage team scheduling to effectively meet customer demand and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Serve as a technical resource and support for field technicians when needed, including in-field coaching.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform additional leadership and operational duties as assigned.
