Requirements
- Qualified candidates should bring strong technical experience, including at least five years in a service-related position, ideally with some management oversight of team members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that service work is performed in accordance with the budget and schedule.
- Provide assistance to our technicians as needed and hold them accountable to follow Ahern’s processes and meet expectations.
- Work closely with the Plumbing Service Coordinator on scheduling work to ensure that work is being done efficiently and on time.
- Assist sales reps as needed for pricing projects and preventative maintenance agreements with your technical knowledge and past experiences.
- Take service calls and work alongside your field team.
- Be ultimately responsible for all aspects of the service field crew within the Milwaukee regional area.
- Work closely with other mechanical service superintendents from a labor and process perspective.
