What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Plumber: • Running residential service calls and diagnosing plumbing issues with confidence • Presenting clear repair and replacement options to homeowners • Repairing and replacing water heaters (tank and tankless) • Handling drain cleaning, sewer issues, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs • Completing repipes, top-outs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades • Maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site • Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience every time
Requirements
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Tradesman or Journeyman license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present options
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Clean driving record
- Someone who wants to grow, not just collect a paycheck
