Requirements
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- A valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include (but not limited to) leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
- Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters according to local codes and company standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
