About The Position

This is a full-time position that requires employees to live and work in the Caribbean. Advanced plumbing knowledge in commercial plumbing is required, experience with commercial heating/air conditioning and or fire suppression will be a huge plus. JOB DESCRIPTION: The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

Requirements

• Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean.
• Must have at least 5 years of recent verifiable experience.
• Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodel.
• Must be a team player and take pride in all work.
• Must have a valid driver's license (Issuing State Does Not Matter)
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Nice To Haves

• experience with commercial heating/air conditioning and or fire suppression

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality installation
• Responsible for project administration
• Ensure their Project Manager is accurately and fully informed.
• Accurately managing assigned manpower
• Stay within the project budget.
• Ensure all materials are on site prior to starting tasks.
• Attending all job site meetings.
• Daily quality control.
• Make sure all subs follow company regulations.
