About The Position

Avance Cabinetry is a cabinet manufacturer based out of Fall River Massachusetts that delivers quality materials and pristine finishes for cabinetry that is functional, purposeful, and a reflection of the customer’s individual personality. We pride ourselves in our woodworking and craftsmanship that deliver cabinets that are sure to fit every lifestyle. We are seeking a Plywood Associate to join our manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for selecting appropriate plywood materials, cutting, machining, and preparing plywood components used in cabinet construction. The role requires the safe and efficient use of CNC equipment, panel saws, edge banders, and various hand and power tools. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area and assisting with other tasks as needed. Schedule: 100% Onsite located at 132 Sykes Road Fall River MA 02720 Monday – Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CNC machinery, woodworking equipment, or manufacturing tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
  • Ability to read and interpret tape measures, cut lists, and blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently while following all safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift to 49 lbs.
  • Safety shoes required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CNC machinery, woodworking equipment, or manufacturing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completing plywood components for production orders, purchase orders, FedEx replacement orders, and warehouse transfers.
  • Manufacturing plywood cabinet components
  • Cutting plywood sheets to size using CNC routers or panel saws
  • Machining parts for joinery, hardware placement, and assembly
  • Applying edge banding and performing quality checks
  • Assembling cabinet boxes or subassemblies as required
  • Preparing finished components for downstream processes
  • Ensuring accurate measurements and verifying that all parts meet quality and specification requirements.
  • Safely and effectively operating CNC machinery, panel saws, edge banders, drills, sanders, and other power and hand tools.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assisting other departments and performing additional tasks as assigned.
