Full-time Line Cook Position at Chula Seafood South Scottsdale We’re looking for a reliable, food-focused professional to join our South Scottsdale kitchen team. Chula Seafood operates as a high-quality, counter-service restaurant and fish market where guests can order from the menu or fresh fish case and enjoy made-to-order meals in a casual setting. As a PM Line cook, we're looking for independent individuals who can be given standard operating procedures and prep lists with the intent of them being finished by the end of the day. We promote career growth and are willing to teach independence in the kitchen as long as you come in ready to learn, work and have a good attitude! About Chula Seafood Arizona: Established in the summer of 2015, Chula Seafood opened its first restaurant in October 2016. Our deep-rooted presence on the working waterfront of Point Loma, CA — as the only commercial seafood processor on the wharf — allows us to stay closely connected to the local fishing community. We’re proud to support independent fishermen and play an active role in bringing the freshest, most responsibly sourced seafood to the desert, all while maintaining fair pricing and unmatched quality. Since opening our retail doors, we’ve been recognized as the Best Seafood Restaurant by numerous Phoenix publications and featured by Forbes.com, The Food Network, and the James Beard Foundation. Requirements

  • PM Availability – Evening shifts required (We’re open 7 days a week, 10am–6pm)
  • Experience – At least 2 years in a similar kitchen or prep role
  • Willingness to Learn – A growth mindset and a passion for seafood will go far here, a plan will be put in place to achieve goals and growth within the company.
  • Attention to Detail – You care about the craft, the plate, and the guest experience
  • Team Player Energy – We’re a small, fast-paced crew — everyone jumps in to get it done

Nice To Haves

  • Knife Skills – Preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate
