The Sanitation Worker is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the production and shipping areas. They play a critical role in our plants, as they work within a team to clean production equipment, machines, and work areas where food is processed daily. The Sanitation Worker spends almost all of their time on their feet and moving. Significant strength is required for many cleaning operations, as they control high-pressure hoses (e.g. 250 psi is common), lift heavy containers of chemicals, and empty trash receptacles around production. The Sanitation Worker are responsible for handling, the proper storage and management of chemicals and sanitizers. They are trained to work efficiently and effectively to ensure food safety and workspace cleanliness. This enables us to produce top-quality seafood products, at high volume, to customers all over the country.
