Job Description: Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience. Position Summary: Member of a program and project management office that provides a single point of contact for program and project management related functions across an entire technology organization. Team is responsible for change execution of a large portfolio to ensure coordinated delivery of releases and ensures that all programs and projects maintain a standard change management approach. Team educates program and project managers on change standards, creates execution health reporting and delivery release notes. Candidate should be able to clearly articulate needs, hold resources accountable, and leverage necessary resources. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 Years Change Management experience
  • Previous experience in a Change Governance role and/or strong experience as a change practitioner.
  • Effective communicator (written, verbal, and presentation) with executive leaders, peers, and business partners
  • Passion for engaging practitioners, solving problems, and driving efficiencies across the organization’s change community
  • Highly organized with ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with Bank of America Enterprise Change Policy and Standards and related enterprise tools
  • Experience with Bank of America Change applications: PPRT (Program, Project, Risk Tool), CECE (Change Execution Control Engine), Remedy, Release Manager and Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact for program and project management activities across the technology organization.
  • Ensure that all programs and projects follow standardized change management processes
  • Oversee and execute change management activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Monitor and validate that change governance controls are consistently applied across programs and projects.
  • Evaluate change readiness, risks, dependencies, and potential impacts to support well-informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for change management practices, tools, and enterprise frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leaders, business partners, and project teams using strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
