About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking mission-driven professionals to support the veteran community as Remote Benefit Managers. In this role, you will conduct virtual consultations and guide veterans and their families in accessing life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs. This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, structured development, and the ability to continue serving the military community in a meaningful capacity.

Requirements

• Veterans or military spouses
• Experience in client service, advising, or consultative roles
• Strong communication skills and virtual presence
• Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
• Present benefit options tailored to each client’s needs and circumstances
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development programs
