We seek an experienced Policy Analyst/Life Cycle Logistics Management Analyst - Level III to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs team, which supports PM Soldier Survivability (SSV). Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Due to the nature of this work the candidate must have or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of War (DOW) Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 14 years of relevant experience, or
  • Associates degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in an un-related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience, or
  • Masters's degree in a related field and no experience
  • Experience in DoD/Army acquisition logistics or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142.
  • Familiarity with force development documentation (MTOE/CTA) and processes.
  • Ability to research regulations and provide actionable guidance.

  • Strong analytical skills to review documentation and identify policy gaps.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams and with external organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Policy Chief and the broader Logistics Management Directorate (LMD).
  • Responsible for the detailed execution of policy-related tasks across all PM SSV programs.
  • Review acquisition logistics documents (LCSPs, fielding plans, etc.) for compliance, assist PdM teams in navigating policy requirements, and help to resolve issues with external government organizations.
  • Fill a key role in coordinating Functional Support Agreements (FSAs) with external agencies, tracking HQDA messages, and ensuring T2S planning is integrated into program strategies.
  • Monitor the status of MTOE and CTA publications to ensure they align with program fielding schedules and assist in preparing the annual DMWD "50/50" report.
  • Provide senior-level logistics expertise.
  • Integrate and plan for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) in all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
  • Interface with ASAALT, AMC, LCMC, PEO Soldier, ATEC, AEC, CASCOM, MCOE, and other PEOs and PM on logistics requirements.
  • Assist in planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of the PMs’ Life Cycle Logistics support under the processes of DoD acquisition and sustainment.
  • Produce acquisition logistics documentation in support of the PMs products.
  • Develop plans and projects, determine needs, investigate and resolve problems, interface with other functions and stakeholders, prepare capital assets and operating requests, and manage functional areas.
  • Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, ELMS, LMP, etc.) for acquisition and sustainment operations.
  • Direct the activities of a group of applicable stakeholders to conduct focused strategic planning and analysis for all life-cycle management functions.
