As an Engineer II in Process Development, you'll support continuous improvement, ensure quality standards, and optimize production processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead technical projects and provide manufacturing support to help deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. A Day in the Life You will play a key role in advancing manufacturing processes and supporting production excellence. Support new product introduction, process improvement, and equipment optimizations initiatives identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards Collaborate with cross functional teams in operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, and others to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) with 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or advanced degree
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GMP, ISO environments)
• Exposure to process development, manufacturing support, or engineering projects
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Experience with engineering documentation, specifications, and change control
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor and train personnel
• Ability to work in cleanroom environments and comply with PPE/gowning requirements
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automation, controls, and process validation preferred
• Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of equipment qualification and calibration processes
