Pool Attendant
About The Position
Prepare for each shift by ensuring the section and side stations are properly set up. This includes the side stations at the pool as well as the kitchen line Towel Folding and restocking - side stations, lounge chairs and cabanas are fully stocked, towels rolled and given to guests as needed Water is constantly provided to guests while also preparing and refilling pitchers with ice and water in the server stations Set up all pool and ensuring they are ready for guest arrival Perform all assigned opening side work Assist Servers to deliver food and drinks to guests Communicate with kitchen any special order needs / Assist with food running - Prepare silverware for each course to be placed by pool server or themselves / Coordinate clearing of courses with server Assist with table maintenance, clearing and ensuring guests have what they need Coordinate chair resets - ensure all furniture is aligned, orderly and free of debris and stains Perform all running side work as assigned Perform duties to close the pool area as assigned Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness in all dining areas Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization of all service stations/areas Maintain company standards of presentation, uniform, etc. Support the Pool Servers and the Kitchen by communicating properly Expert menu knowledge - every ingredient of every dish on the menu. Exceed guest expectations constantly
