Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume environment a plus)
Knowledge of mixology, beer, and wine service
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Must meet state requirements for alcohol service certification
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods

Responsibilities

Craft refreshing tropical cocktails, frozen favorites, and classic beverages with speed and accuracy
Deliver exceptional, upbeat guest service that embodies the Margaritaville state of mind
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pool bar area
Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests soaking up the sun
