Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the recreation or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and the ability to develop and implement engaging recreational programs
Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
