About The Position
Responsible for the safety of our guests while at the pool area. Responsible for the cleanliness of the pool/deck areas.
Responsibilities
- Provides courteous service to all guests.
- Watches the pool closely from the station and ensures the safety of our guests at all times.
- Maintains the pool deck so that it is clean and slip resistant.
- Remains visible to hotel guests at all times.
- Attends all training sessions and meetings.
- Maintains an upright and attentive posture while on duty.
- Follows all safety and health standards set forth by Binions at all times.
- Stand and move throughout the pool area as required during an assigned shift in an efficient, expedient manner, regardless of extremes in temperature and other adverse conditions.
- Maintains the physical stamina and proper mental attitude to report all emergency situations.
- Be able to lift lounge chairs and move towel carts during an assigned shift.
