The Canoe Brook Desk Workers are the first point of contact at the pool. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, taking accurate messages, greeting and checking in members, accurate accounting of services or goods, providing first aid, giving tours of the spa facility and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying management of cancellations, issues with check ins, serious injuries, the arrival of any unscheduled visitors, enforcing the dress code and providing members and guests the rules of the club. Front Desk Workers will meet and greet members and guests, providing a positive and friendly attitude. They check in members as they arrive at the pool and charge members for any/all guest fees. They may also provide basic first aid and life support, light cleaning of the front desk area and locker rooms, folding towels, etc.
