About The Position

The Pool Food & Beverage Support team member plays an essential role in maintaining efficient food service and a clean, welcoming poolside environment. This position supports the pool food and beverage operation by assisting with food running, table bussing, expo support, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and service stations. The role ensures members and guests receive prompt service while helping maintain the high standards of hospitality expected at the Club.

Requirements

• Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Seasonal position running from June 2 through September 7, 2026.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen or service window to poolside tables and seating areas.
• Assist with food expo duties by organizing orders, verifying accuracy, and communicating with servers and kitchen staff.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of poolside dining areas, service stations, and surrounding facilities.
• Assist servers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to members and guests.
• Other job duties as assigned.
