About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Welcome guests to the pool facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience. Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool. Set up, inspect, and clean pool cabanas, daybeds, or other rental pool activations to ensure they are properly prepared for guest use. Escort guests to their reserved cabanas or daybeds, offering a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the amenities available. - Responsible for selling unsold products by knowing the details and promoting the offerings to guests. Engage with guests throughout their pool experience, proactively promoting and upselling pool services such as cabana and daybed rentals, food and beverage offerings, and special events. Check in on cabana and daybed guests periodically to ensure their experience is enjoyable, offering assistance or service recommendations as needed. - Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, game area, and cabanas and daybeds. Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest. - Follow departmental policies and procedures. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies. Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the overall guest experience.
