About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pool Installers for projects located in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install in-ground swimming pools (vinyl, fiberglass, or concrete)
Set and strip forms for pool decks, footings, and structural components
Perform concrete flatwork and finishing (broom, smooth, decorative finishes)
Assist with masonry work including block, coping, and related structures
Install pool plumbing systems (PVC lines, fittings, equipment hook-ups)
Ensure proper grading, leveling, and layout
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
Follow project plans, measurements, and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in pool installation required
• Strong concrete finishing and flatwork skills
• Experience setting forms and basic masonry work
• Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipment
• Ability to read a tape measure and work from layout plans
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
