About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Oversees all daily operations across pool areas, beachfront services, cabanas, and pool/beach F&B outlets. Ensures exceptional service standards, seamless coordination between teams, and a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere. Actively engages with guests to elevate their experience. - Drives revenue through cabana sales, beach rentals, recreation programming, and F&B outlets. Identifies upselling opportunities, implements promotions, and manages labor and cost controls. Contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. - Leads hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management for pool, beach, recreation, and F&B teams. Builds a culture centered on accountability, engagement, and elevated service. - Monitors guest satisfaction through direct interaction, feedback platforms, and reviews. Implements service recovery strategies and empowers the team to turn guest challenges into memorable moments. - Ensures cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across all pool, beach, and recreation areas. Maintains compliance with health regulations, alcohol service laws, and safety protocols. Partners with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain facilities. - Coordinates poolside and beachfront events, recreation programming, and activations. Works closely with Sales & Catering, Culinary, and Guest Services to execute events and enhance guest engagement. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled Lead daily pre-shift meetings focused on service, sales, and guest engagement Partner with Culinary on menu development, seasonal offerings, and promotions Oversee cabana experience, including service standards and revenue optimization Monitor and elevate ambiance, music, and overall pool atmosphere Collaborate with Recreation and Guest Services to ensure seamless guest experiences Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across all pool areas Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Support marketing initiatives and on-property activations Ensure compliance with all company policies and local/state regulations Assist operationally during peak demand periods Participate in hiring, discipline, and performance reviews Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prefer 4-year college degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a restaurant manager.
