Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Food handler and/or alcohol service certification
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a wet, humid, and sunny environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in the pool area
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of poolside tables, chairs, and service stations
• Process payments and handle credit transactions responsibly
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
