Pool Server
About The Position
The Pool Server is responsible for taking the guest's beverage and/or food orders and delivering it to them in the pool area. Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses, cups, bottles, and dishes. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Greet guests and provide excellent service throughout their visit to ensure all guests' needs are met. Accurately places guest Food & Beverage orders, inspects orders for quality and accuracy, ensures correct plating, and serves according to standard. Total the bill, check bills for accuracy and obtain payment from the guest. Set-up, maintain and close work stations in an efficient, clean and timely manner. Assists in setting up tables, booths and/or cabanas, including tableware and condiments. Ensures tables, cabanas and poolside areas are kept clean and cleared of all unnecessary items.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of Age
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
- Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature (of 100 degrees or more), illumination and air quality.
- Must have a Health Card and TAM Card
Nice To Haves
- Prefer 1-year previous food service experience.
- Additional language ability is preferred.
