About The Position
Pool Team Member Job Description THIS IS NOT A LIFEGUARDING POSITION. The Pool Team Members are responsible for ensuring all pool complex rules are being followed by Powder Horn guests. This role requires standing, walking, bending over, and sitting throughout the shift and working outside.

- Maintaining safety policies on pool deck
- Organizing pool deck for safety and neatness
- Communicating with management and security for guest issues
- Helping open and close the pool deck depending on the shift
