This role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, maintaining workspaces, and supporting janitorial tasks to uphold health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a commercial kitchen or food production (required).
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Perform janitorial tasks, including cleaning offices and bathrooms.
- Handle deep cleaning and facility maintenance as needed.
- Work safely with cleaning chemicals and maintain adherence to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritize tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
