About The Position

Porter / Groundskeeper - West Little Rock, AR Our apartment community in West Little Rock is seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the property while helping ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The Porter/Groundskeeper plays an important role in maintaining the community's grounds, amenities, and common areas, as well as assisting the maintenance team with preparing apartments for new residents.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience , including maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean and maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for move-in
• Support maintenance staff with service requests as directed by the Community Director
• Help ensure the property maintains a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents
