Now we’re looking for an all-star Porter/Maintenance Technician to join our East Village team to keep our property looking and running it's absolute best.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in porter/light maintenance duties.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel locally.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Handling small day-to-day repairs.
- Supporting property upgrades: painting, pressure washing, and more.
- Ensuring our locations are clean, safe, and welcoming inside and out.
- Possible travel between locations (mileage reimbursed!).
