Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous valet or porter experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas, walkways, and facility grounds.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and staff.
- Assist with transporting items or equipment as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
