About The Position
The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company. We are located in King of Prussia area and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers. Responsibilities
- Trash pickup on the property
- Clean debris from curbs, sidewalks and entries
- Power wash (exterior siding, patios, balconies, garage panels)
- Touch up painting (railings, posts, parking lines, benches)
- Patch holes and resurface parking lots
- Replace and clean light fixtures in vestibules
- Gutter cleaning
- Moving hot water heaters, appliances, etc.
- Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
- Help prepare units for presentation, including cleaning and trash outs
- Assist maintenance team with other various tasks required
- Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs & replace window screens
- Put supply orders away
- Maintain pool area clean pool furniture & empty trash
- Upkeep cleanliness of gym and office
- Bike Rack installation and maintenance
- Shovel snow from sidewalks and entries, salt parking areas, sidewalks and entries
