Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers; organize storage areas.
  • Job Shadow Line Cooks.
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking utensils and put in dishwasher.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes.
  • Carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry.
  • Take out all trash from trash receptacles.
  • Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
