Porters work on a team of 4-6 people who are responsible for helping to ensure that Red Rabbit’s kitchen exceeds Department of Health standards and that all equipment is in working order for the kitchen to use each day. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume kitchen, is reliable, and has a "can-do" attitude. Key responsibilities include understanding production sheets, cooking scratch-made dishes, serving food on a tight schedule, and ensuring the kitchen consistently exceeds DOH standards. This is an in-school position.
