This individual will work within Counterpoint Global investment group to facilitate trading, compliance, account administration, and performance. Requirements
- Relevant experience a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
- Flexibility, ability to work in fast-paced environment and to be able to work well under pressure
- Possess intellectual curiosity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent thinker / self-starter
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, copy and distribute reports to the investment team daily, monthly and quarterly
- Coordinate daily cash flows and initiate buy/sell programs as required
- Create orders for submission to portfolio managers/trading desk
- Check trade allocation on a next day basis, each day
- Monitor cash positions
- Coordinate corporate actions
- Coordinate IPO’s and secondary offerings
- Screen maintenance and creation using Factset
- Monitor portfolios daily for variances versus model, errors and cash positions
- Other duties as specified
