About The Position

Portfolio Delivery Program Manager We’re excited that you’re interested in participating in Fidelity’s SkillBridge Program! Fidelity’s SkillBridge Program is a 12-week fellowship for active-duty service members, designed to bridge the gap between military service and corporate readiness by providing business exposure, on-the-job-training, mentorship, and professional development. The Role The Portfolio Delivery team within NCS Technology & Product Delivery is seeking an program management professional to lead the implementation of numerous NCS initiatives. As a member of the Portfolio Delivery Enablement Team, you will work across business and technology teams to deliver modernized and optimized solutions supporting Fidelity’s Charitable Lines of Business. You will partner with Product Strategy & Marketing, Services & Operations, Finance, and other groups to develop and manage product roadmaps, delivery plans, planning documents, and scorecards. You will apply strong project management, analytics, and process optimization skills to support product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure tactical execution aligns with strategic business and firm‑wide technology priorities.
  • Collaborate with product leaders and cross-functional partners to develop road maps, planning documents, and status reports.
  • Track and report key metrics and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage scope, objectives, and deliverables through detailed planning and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Facilitate tactical discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Maintain communication cadences to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster ownership and accountability and support a strong delivery culture.
  • Coordinate multi-team delivery plans that balance near-term priorities with long-term goals.
  • Data‑driven approach to understanding needs, prioritizing work, and turning strategy into action.
  • Able to create and use meaningful metrics that show progress toward outcomes.
  • Able to identify, prioritize, and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Define and communicate program/initiative goals, milestones, and line‑item details to ensure alignment and flawless implementation.
  • Representing customer and partner needs to guide execution.
  • Engage Product, Engineering, Project Management, Strategy, Finance, and Service partners to align innovative solutions that meet delivery expectations, regulatory requirements and Fidelity policies.
  • Measure performance through critical metrics to achieve agreed‑upon business and technology outcomes.
  • Ensure new capabilities are developed with a consumer‑first mindset and understood by all partners.
