Silver Falls Capital is a Washington State-based holding company with a portfolio of operating companies building real products in transit infrastructure, construction tech, and critical asset protection — markets that are growing, underserved, and not well-served by conventional marketing playbooks. This role sits within SFC's Digital and Growth team and reports directly to the VP/GM of Digital and Growth. We're in the middle of building something: a marketing-led growth engine across a portfolio of companies that have historically grown through relationships and technical credibility, not marketing. That's both the challenge and the opportunity. The Portfolio Marketing Manager owns the execution system that makes marketing-generated revenue repeatable — developing Growth Playbook modules, managing an external partner network, and building the commercial capability that compounds over time. You'll work closely with OpCo leaders who know their markets deeply, a small but capable SFC technology team, and an evolving mix of agency and contractor partners. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a finished system and asked to run it. The system is still being built, and you'll have a hand in shaping it. If you're someone who finds that energizing — who wants to see their fingerprints on how a portfolio learns to market itself — this is the kind of role that's hard to find. You'll need to be equally comfortable directing specialists and rolling up your sleeves.
