POS & MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt POSITION OVERVIEW As the POS & Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for executing Celsius’ point-of-sale (POS) and merchandising operations. This is your opportunity to ensure our brand shines at retail by managing asset platforms, supporting fulfillment processes, and driving efficiency across sales and marketing operations. You’ll bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support field execution and internal coordination. This in-office role is based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

2-3 years in marketing support, retail execution, or asset management
Equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with asset management systems such as Bynder or Box
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organized with attention to detail and process coordination
Familiarity with POS materials, brand asset fulfillment, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize digital asset systems, ensuring POS materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
Troubleshoot user access issues, coordinate timely updates, and maintain consistency across digital assets to support cross-functional visibility and efficiency
Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Field Sales teams to align asset updates with product launches, adapting quickly to shifting timelines and evolving priorities
Maintain and improve internal tracking tools to monitor asset deployment and usage trends, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting
Support fulfillment inquiries and requests from the field, balancing urgency and workload effectively while ensuring high service levels
Contribute to special projects and merchandising initiatives by applying a thoughtful, proactive approach to execution and collaboration
Adapt to changes in platform tools, branding needs, and fulfillment processes, applying new learnings quickly and contributing to team-wide improvements
Foster strong working relationships across departments by maintaining open, responsive communication and consistently following through on shared goals
