About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Manage and coach a team of Data Analysts and Quality Engineers to achieve team metrics, department objectives, and organizational goals Provide guidance and training to staff, assist them in attaining career goals, motivate individuals to achieve results, and recruit and maintain a high-quality staff Analyze and provide complaint data reports for Quarterly Management Review (QMR), CER, PSUR, Regulatory Additional Information requests, among others. Responsible for reviewing data analysis to detect emerging trends of such issues that may require action and escalation to Senior Leadership. Manage post market data analytics tools & dashboards using software tools such as SAS, SQL, Snowflake, and PowerBI. Works alongside cross-functional and cross divisional teams to participate and implement complaint reduction / data trending projects Develop future leaders through partnerships and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in engineering, data science, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Medical Device Post Market, Design Assurance, Quality Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI)
  • Working knowledge of Medical Device regulations, Quality Systems, or similar experience within a highly regulated industry
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills who can effectively communicate up, down, and across a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex process improvement or data development projects
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders of an organization
  • Proven mindset of proactive continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Management experience strongly preferred
  • Previous Medical Device experience preferred
