About The Position

As a Post-Sale Settlement Analyst, you'll collaborate with an experienced team of industry professionals to help deliver a best-in-class post-sale experience for our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration with Administration, Accounting, Treasury and Sales teams to ensure the accurate and timely execution of our post-sale processes. Ready to get in the driver’s seat? Join us! What you’ll do Drive the Global Live Auction post sale process: Creating and reconciling seller recaps and payments. Co-ordinate post sale AR and AP processes. Reconcile sales data to CRM/Speed Digital. Tracking and coordinating vendor setups, along with title & lien status to deliver best in class post sale process. Identify and participate in remedying process-bottlenecks that impact our post sale execution. Support Finance Operations: Partner with accounting to reconcile sales transactions in Workday. Cash Flow forecasting. Support in forecasting Live Auctions OPEX. Perform ad hoc analysis to provide the business with key insights from operations. This might describe you Experience in Accounting or Finance an asset. Experience in the auction or collector car market is an asset. Exceptional organizational skills and ability with very strong attention to detail. Knowledge of VAT and/or US Sales tax is an asset. Excited about working in a with autonomy and independence. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to deliver under time pressure and deadline. High level of integrity and work ethic. Experienced in Microsoft excel and other suite applications. Ability to manage time in an independent, remote working environment. Positive mindset with strong orientation for teamwork and collaboration.
