About The Position

We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Post Supervisor to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity? The Post Supervisor has a clear vision for how post projects should be run and is able to clearly and concisely communicate their vision to their team. They must have exceptional organizational, task management, and decision-making skills. All applicants should be able to show demonstrable interest in online video, streaming, and social media. This is a temporary role. This assignment is currently anticipated to begin in June 2026 and continue through September 2026, however the length of assignment could change depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • The candidate must be self-motivated and extremely organized
  • Be comfortable managing a team of 10-15 internal and contract employees
  • Must know how to use various project management tools (Asana, Iconik, Gsuite, Slack)
  • Experience in producing digital content, and a high understanding of best practice editorial guidance for online video production
  • Demonstrable understanding of video production, edit schedules, and post workflows in Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • High level of professionalism when dealing directly with clients
  • Team leader with a hard-working flexible attitude and interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Ability to devise cost and time efficient post production workflows within Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the post production process
  • Lead and manage a team of LA-based editors and staff based in multiple locations globally
  • Collaborate with production department for development, pricing, and pitching new business
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, maintaining high level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with new techniques, technologies, and programs and understand the value that they might add to the team
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to direct reports
  • Implement new and/or improved processes to create more efficient communication and delivery between teams
  • Facilitate a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork
