The Postdoctoral Associate performs scientific research and studies under the supervision of managing staff. Moreover, the Postdoctoral Associate promotes institutional recognition through literal contributions to the scientific community. The Postdoctoral Associate will conduct independent and collaborative basic science research, including experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting complex datasets; ensuring compliance with regulatory, biosafety, and institutional oversight requirements; contributing to grant development and submission; assisting with manuscript preparation and publication; and supporting day-to-day laboratory management (e.g., training personnel, maintaining protocols, inventory, and equipment). The position requires strong scientific rigor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative research environment.
