This role will lead Poultry Services Teams for Aviagen at our Oklahoma & Missouri Complex. The position will be measured in safety, cost, quality, and efficiency of the combined departments. The ideal candidate is expected to build cohesive teams with common goals to achieve best performance.

• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Previous management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Poultry Service Teams that include Vaccination, Cleanout, Maintenance, Monitoring, Warehouse, & Pest Management
• Develop Best Practices in vaccination, pest management, maintenance, & warehousing
• Manages complex scheduling
• Responsible for enforcing Bio Security, ISO & Safety
• Administer Employee training
• Oversee all aspects of vaccinations, moves, spikes, switch mates, cleanouts
