About The Position

Safely and efficiently works in the paint-shop, in accordance with work
instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized
work and ensure product quality.

Requirements

• English language competency and legible writing ability
• Successful PFT evaluation and ability to continuously wear required PPE
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work with little to no oversight.

Nice To Haves

• Previous paint shop experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous powder coat application experience

Responsibilities

• Utilize approved equipment to efficiently apply powder coating while maintaining high quality and coverage standards.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in 5s activities
• Alerts appropriate personnel in the case of equipment troubles and other abnormalities by practicing “Stop, Call, Wait”
• Perform special projects as requested and related to tasks needed.
