Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in powder coating, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and mask parts for powder coating
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
• Mix, match, and apply powder coatings per specified colors and finishes
• Inspect and ensure quality control of coated parts
• Troubleshoot and resolve coating issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
