MetaPhase is supporting a client which collects, analyzes, and reports data related to project and program management activities. The team has been rapidly building solutions in Power Platform using Power Apps and integrating other aspects of the Power Platform, including Power Automate. Additionally, the client seeks to improve its business processes, manage change, and improve overall data quality. In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Power Apps Developer | Business analyst with 5+ years of professional experience to assist with design, development, and deployment of applications; as well as interactions with the client, contractors, and remote employees to provide program management support. An active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.

Requirements

Active Top Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.
A minimum of five (5+) or more years of direct experience in Power App development
Experience coding advanced features in Power Apps and using Power Automate workflows to facilitate the movement of data from one location to another
Experience with designing, developing, and deploying Power Apps applications
Experience embedding Power Automations into Power Apps
Experience detecting ways to improve efficiency in an office, making the case for change, and gaining support to adopt a new process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Q Clearance
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400 exam)
Other Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-600, etc.)
Designing and building dashboards or other visualizations using tools such as Power BI
Project management and business analysis experience/training.

Responsibilities

Supporting a team of two developers by gathering requirements, developing Power Platform solutions, and presenting updates to the client
Preparing and presenting briefings to describe how apps are developed and used
Working collaboratively with an Agile Development team to process information, identify efficiencies, and implement procedures to support program management and increase data quality
Supporting Federal PMs by assisting them with business analysis tasks and presenting the results in meetings
Preparing written materials for use by Federal PMs in discussions with senior leadership
Coaching, mentoring, and developing other members of the team
